We’re honored to donate our vintage Juno-106 (the same one used to make Synth One J6) to IU Indy’s Music Tech program.
Because of all your support for J6 and purchases of Super J8, we were able to pass this synth on to the next generation of music makers. They’re very excited.
I’ve always loved the Juno-106. It’s one of those instruments with real history, real character, and such a huge sweet spot it can make almost anybody feel more talented than they are.
Indianapolis is lucky to have a program like this. The students are wicked smart & seriously talented.
Now the students get the full vintage synth experience: pro sound, instant inspiration, and the joys of old gear never quite being in tune.
Plus, the wood sides I added make synths sound better. That’s just science ; )
