AudioKit L7 Live Looper is Here!

Looping is one of the most musically exciting things to do with an iOS device. Musicians, vocalists, noise makers, professionals, beatboxers, and hobbyists alike (and that one guy down the hall that makes strange noises) will be delighted by this new looper app…

Inspired by one of the most popular hardware loopers on the market, the legendary RC-505 Loop Station, AudioKit L7 Live Looper brings this power to iOS. Easy to use for beginners. Powerful enough for the stage and studio. Awesome enough to blow the pants off just about anyone! (Lawyer note: Pants won’t actually blow off).

L7’s killer features include “VoiceTune” (inspired by Auto-Tune) and the ability to apply eight different effects to each audio track individually. Improve your vocals, enhance your vocals, pop star the heck out of the vocals. The tools are in your hands.

You can turn every-day sounds like humming, whistling, and finger tapping into dreamy musical motifs that sound like they were recorded in a professional studio.

L7 is a premium app, which means that once you’ve bought it, it’s entirely yours. There are no in-app purchases, ads, or subscriptions. It’s available now for an intro price of $3.99:

APP Creation

This app has an amazing story. Daniel Kuntz started making apps in high school, inspired and enabled by the AudioKit framework. When Daniel met the founder of AudioKit earlier this year, they quickly discovered their mutual love of loopers.

“AudioKit people were incredibly welcoming, which was a really big deal. I felt like it legitimized my work. It really encouraged me to keep going. I honestly thought they were out of my league. I did not ever consider that we would develop an app together. It’s like a dream come true.” – Daniel Kuntz

Aure Prochazka, the founder of AudioKit, was instantly impressed with Daniel’s drive, design skills, and musicality at such a young age. He enthusiastically wanted to partner with Daniel with the mission of creating the most fun and powerful looper for iOS. They might have done it.

There’s so much more to this looper. It’s a serious beast. I’d highly recommend you read:

I hope the L7 Live Looper will get more features in the next update. Undo is one of them. Exporting the mix is another. The volume and pan settings for a recorded track doesn’t always work when adjusted.

warum nicht für Windows 10

Hi, AudioKit people! Daniel Kuntz effort is, of course, highly appreciated! But from the user’s perspective, it would be nice, if he then would publish his works under the AudioKit label, not under Coda Labs. Buying an AudioKit app and then checking for other Apps and not finding Live Looper and finally finding it branded quite different does sow some FUD…
Nevertheless: keep it up!

Hi,
Sorry but I can’t leave a message at Coda Laps, so I Write it here.
After IPad update to 13.3 it is not possible to start L7!!
After I double click the home button I can see the L7 Logo but with an black screen.
Nothing goes on! No feedback to App Store after I leave a message.
Hmm… and now?

KIND REGARDS
Clemens

Hi Clemens, thanks for the note. And feel free to contact Coda Labs directly at [email protected]

Hello
Please give us the Guitar to bass effects like the 505 and a UNDO fonction (it’s a basic but fundamental fonction)

I’m trying this amazing looper in my ipad air 2 and it works well as standalone.
It seems to be AU3 compatible, but I can’t run it into key stage 2. Any hint?

Here what happen:
I load into a keystage session, it seems to work, i can navigate it, but my soundcard is not recognized (in the menù there is only ipad mic as input) and whene I hit A, 1, 2, 4 etc, nothing happen.

Thanks
